In the last session on Summer Vibe 2016, families took part in making mosaics. There was a selection of coloured tiles that participants could use to bring their imaginations to life.
In this session, participants used air drying clay to make sculptures from a variety of clay press moulds. It was fun for all the family!
In this session of Summer Vibe, participants made sculptures out of wire. They decorated them with different coloured pipe cleaners to give their work an interesting twist.
In this session, participants took part in canvas painting. They used acrylic paints to create colourful, creative designs in which they could take home with them.
Families stepped out of their comfort zone in this session as they experimented in sand casting. They made interesting patterns and decorated them with mirrors – all differently shaped. For some of them, it was a completely new experience.
In the first session, families took part in collage card making. As you can see, participants used different types of textured paper to create colourful cards suitable for any occasion.
