
Keep Active in Normanton has been developed to deliver inspiring activities to help keep minds and bodies active. Its purpose is to give older people of all ethnicities the opportunity to take part in activities designed to encourage activity and independance. Creative activities will explore a range of different techniques such as rangoli, painting, card making and collage, to stimulate and intrest.

The participants really enjoyed working with jewellery in this session. Each person drew their design out onto pieces of paper before beginning to create their colourful and creative bracelets and necklaces. Everyone was very proud of what they had created.
