Regular and creative ‘how tos’ every Monday and Thursday morning  to keep healthy, creative and motivated over the coming weeks. Morning Motivations starts your day off with creativity and positivity to encourage doing something and learning something new everyday. A lot of the workshops are aimed at things you can do at home with limited materials and resources. It is important to pay attention to our mental health and wellbeing and we hope to start your mornings with a good dose of fun!
