Lifted Exhibition

Artcore is a visual arts charity which promotes arts and crafts as a vehicle to improve health and well-being, education and community cohesion. On average each week the centre is of benefit to 25 volunteers and staff including those on work placements through Job Centre Plus, and individuals seeking work experience, 5 board members one
Artcore’s Exhibition LIFTED in Nottingham at the ICCA. A collection of artworks created by community members during Artcore’s regular creative sessions. The exhibits carry health and well-being messages from the individuals through their artworks. This occasion also celebrated the 64th Republic Day of India with the Mayor of Nottingham Cllr. Leon Unczur opening the show.

This celebration event gives participants who attend Artcore creative sessions an opportunity to exhibit their artwork and celebrate their achievements.
